Welcome to FosterSystems.com, your remote observatory master control and integration headquarters. Founded in 2007 by engineer astronomers needing more automated and integrated solutions, our products are engineered by us, manufactured in USA with parts from around the world. We test every system prior to shipment to assure successful installation.Whether it's weather, power, optics security, or automation, we have the solutions that make your investment more effective, reliable and enjoyable.Our software products are ASCOM compliant which gives you the assurance of compatibility and reliability.

Our Warranty:

Within the first 30 days, if you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return it for a full refund less shipping and handling costs. Special order parts are not returnable. For service and support, contact us and if necessary, we'll supply you with a return authorization to check, diagnose, repair or replace the product at our option. Within the first 90 days after delivery , all Foster Systems products are covered by an unconditional repair or replacement warranty. We cannot cover damage due to mishandling, abuse or for an installation for which the equipment is not intended to be used.

Within the first 12 months after receipt, Foster Systems will support your installation and initial use up to a total of 20 hours (a $600) value. Your observatory must be Internet connected so that we can with your assistance log in and help with your install. After 12 months of receipt, support is available at our then hourly prevailing rate.

Out-of-Warranty repairs are charged in accordance with a fee schedule posted on this website. For a flat fee, we will diagnose and try to repair your unit. If the repairs are extensive, we will credit this fee towards a new unit. If necessary we will provide 1 hour of remote assistance for the re-install.

Shipping Information:

If item is in stock, we usually ship within 5-7 business days. Some items take longer as noted on the item description. We use United States Postal Service for both domestic and international shipping, since over the years we have found this service to be reliable and cost effective.

Repairs:

If an item is in need of repair, first please contact us. We may be able to assist you by phone or remote login. If it turns out that a repair is needed, please send it to us with a note containing your Name, Address, Email Address,Telephone Number and a brief explanation of the issues that you are having. You do not need an RMA. We'll diagnose your issue and if within our warranty period, we'll repair or replace at no cost to you. Please use the following new address for returns:
