us by email at any time; we try to service emails promptly. Beginning with Version 1.9.6 and by
pre-arranged time, we can log on to your observatory computer and assist you in real-time.
If you are having difficulty with downloads, installation, or operation, please leave word by telephone
or preferably by email at Support@fostersystems.com. We will make arrangements to help you get
started.
Beginning with Release 1.9.8 you must update to ASCOM platformVersion 6.0 to take full advantage of the updates. if
you have not done that until now; this is important for Windows Vista and Windows 7 PC's. Keep in mind that we have
tested the Prolific driver that we have posted on this site. The drivers are changing rapidly because of Windows 7 (and its
changes). We'll let you know if there's a driver change that you should accept.
