If your hardware is out of warranty and has experienced an issue, there may be no need to purchase a new unit. For a flat fee, we will repair or at our option replace the board or component part.

Before you send your board to us, please be sure that you've tested its function with the latest Firmware and software AND that you have ruled out communications issues due to Windows driver operations.

With your flat fee payment, we will expect to see your board at our office address. Please be sure to mark the box with the letters "RMA" and enclose a note with your name, address, email and a brief description of your issue.

We will make every effort to return your unit within 10 business days or will make contact to update you on your case.

This service does NOT cover boards where there is obvious mechanical damage or where "traces" are burned or broken. In that case, your best bet is to purchase a new board.
